When I leave my packages in the pre paid bin, they rarely get scanned in until the next day, if at all, even if I drop them in the afternoon. Several times, my packages haven't been scanned in until they've reached another city, which gives my small business a bad look as tracking looks like it hasn't been sent. So if you want something to get shipped in a timely matter, prepare to wait in a long line for an employee to manually do an acceptance scan. The only friendly worker is Mr. Kim, and the rest are fairly grouchy depending on the day they are having. I try to avoid going to this location as much as possible and will drive further to go to the Puyallup or Bonney Lake PO when I can. It's also inconvenient that they don't have an automated machine at this location.

Came in to submit passport paperwork for my kids, Jennifer helped my wife and I out. Couldn’t be happier with the service Jennifer provided. Thanks again for all your help!

Walked in(15 minutes before closing on 12/23), no one was in line, got yelled at immediately from the older gentleman behind the counter saying “the line starts there” pointed to the spot at the end of the central desk, then waved at me and said “HELLO! I’m ready down here if you are.” I told him I got a notification my package was delivered to the post office but couldn’t be delivered to me (I get it, holiday season and lack of manpower probably). He replied “well I need an address otherwise I can’t do anything!” I gave him the address, my license, and then he asked “do you have a tracking number at all?” I gave him my phone with the tracking number pulled up and he dropped it on the desk. Cool. He then kept jamming his finger into the touchscreen computer, typing in my information, and seemingly so mad that I had to go out of my way to get the package and now I’m inconveniencing him. The old dude with the limp who didn’t save for retirement is taking out his anger for his shortcomings and personal problems on everyone else. I’m not religious but even I think he needs Jesus. Also, unrelated, but the delivery drivers who dispatch out of here frequently don’t deliver packages to my address and just put that pink pick-up slip in the mailbox without even making an attempt. Hours are 9-5 for the post office so I have to leave in the middle of work, but before they close if I’m notified in time, to go a half a mile down the road to pick up something they were too lazy to drop off. Makes sense.

This by far has to be the worst post office ever. The post master isnt very nice and rather discriminate. Sad that our federal government oks this behavior.
