They literally don't care to fix the problem and know that nothing will happen to any of them if they keep doing everything wrong. An older woman whom has claimed to work there for 20 years was so kind during the process. I was emotional and she kindly wrapped up the urn package with padding to assure zero damage. She was so kind I wish I knew what her name was. Thank you for your kindness and empathy during my experience. Bless you.

Who knows how many other pieces of mail went missing that I don't know about? They delivered my mail to my neighbor on at least 2 occasions (that I'm aware of). I signed up for Informed Delivery to help, but it only led to more stress since I can now see more pieces of mail which were scanned but never delivered. This lost mail is not returned to the sender either. Where does it go?? When I go in person to get help, they just say there is nothing they can do. What is wrong with this location? Why can't they deliver mail?
