This post office is stuck in the 1980s. For example, you cannot use the self-service kiosk to print a shipping label. You always have to wait in line.

The most useless post delivery ever. CONSTANTLY losing packages and mis-deliver packages. I complain every time to them in person and it does nothing. They literally don't care to fix the problem and know that nothing will happen to any of them if they keep doing everything wrong. I have had them deliver packages wrong at the rate of about 4 packages a month. THIS IS ALOT.

I was visiting Sumner a few weeks ago for my grandparents funeral. I had to ship my Grandmothers ashes before I left town. An older woman whom has claimed to work there for 20 years was so kind during the process. I was emotional and she kindly wrapped up the urn package with padding to assure zero damage. She was so kind I wish I knew what her name was. Thank you for your kindness and empathy during my experience. Bless you.

This post office has now lost 3 important pieces of mail in the last 2 months (that I'm aware of) causing huge wastes of my time putting stop payments on lost checks and replacing lost items. Who knows how many other pieces of mail went missing that I don't know about? They delivered my mail to my neighbor on at least 2 occasions (that I'm aware of). I signed up for Informed Delivery to help, but it only led to more stress since I can now see more pieces of mail which were scanned but never delivered. This lost mail is not returned to the sender either. Where does it go?? When I go in person to get help, they just say there is nothing they can do. What is wrong with this location? Why can't they deliver mail?
