Just when we had come to an agreement on how things would work, they completely dropped off the face of the earth. Our company's launch has now been FURTHER delayed because they didn't have the decency to tell us that they don't want to work with us. John is the director of specialized solutions and he (unfortunately) let my whole team down. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because they did go through the process of a few conference calls to discuss feasibility and various solutions for us. Good thing they left us high and dry BEFORE we launched, otherwise our business would have been completely screwed. At least we have time to find a different shipping company to work with.
