He was courteous, gracious, knowledgeable and went above and beyond, i.e., identifying a UPS tracking number for my package that UPS was unable to deliver. It was subsequently sent to the Sumas PO where our rural route mail carrier had picked up and was in the process of delivering. Strong Work Patrick!
- MBMaribell BuchananSep 15, 20251.0If I could give a zero, I would. The postal carrier hit our farmstand sign last month, last week they hit our dog while turning around in our driveway and he died. The supervisor of this post office did not apologize and told us we had to submit a claim to an office in Federal Way. I happened to check on an amazon order and saw on Amazon that my package was being held. There was zero notice from the post office that we had a package being held and there was no reason why the package could not be delivered. We stopped by to pick up the package and just asked why the package could not be delivered because we did not ask for it to be held. The supervisor was rude and told us that they would not be coming onto our property and that we had to move our mailbox. 1 - Moving the mailbox does not change that packages need to be put on our doorstep. It is unacceptable to be leaving packages on the main highway. We will be escalating this issue.

Clerk 08 was fantastic. He was friendly, made suggestions, walked me through the procedures/policies as this was our first time shipping from the US, making for quick and easy transactions. The other Canadians waiting in line were impressed as well! Thanks so much and Merry Christmas! Our customers appreciate still being able to receive their health products :)
