She helped me recover my package that had been sent back to this post office since they couldn’t find my address and made my day! I could tell she had a handful of work on her shoulders but she still greeted me with a smile and helped me in a professional and kind way. I am so happy she took the extra time to try and look over the boxes! She even sent me a call after 3:00 (because i specifically asked anytime after 3) so that I could pick it up! I truly appreciate her service!
- JFJeffrey FryMay 28, 20255.0Only been in Sultan about 4+ months and have found the staff to be knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Because we live in an RV at Cascade RV Park we have two different addresses which depends on who’s delivering what!🙂So package delivery is different than mail we got a P.O. Box for mail but you can’t determine whose going to deliver your goods since I ordered two of the same items from the same company and the one I got from the Seattle shipping point I got quickly they used my delivery address but the other was shipped from an L.A., CA distribution center used the USPS which won’t deliver here so the post office delivery person ended up returning it do to couldn’t find address!?! After that I went and that I went and asked if there was a way for them to hold the delivery since it was to its large size. Any way they caught a couple of deliveries but do to a late shipping notice I missed a delivery since they can only hold till the end of the day since they tried to deliver on a Saturday it was closed. It got sent back to the sender. I don’t blame the P.O. For that but the company didn’t want to help me after I explained what and why. So I don’t do business with them now. 🤷♂️🙁 Sultan Post Office did everything they could which is why I wrote this review. I wrote this to help anyone that hadn’t had any experiences living in a rural area in an RV.

Always polite & helpful staff to me and other customers but I have seen a few customers with bad attitude's receive appropriate if not maybe somewhat blunt responce. "Only in Sultan", right?. I get every package I'm expecting in my PO Box, parcel locker or window, no problem.
