- OROdaly RamirezNov 3, 20231.0The post office location is not the problem, it's the staff. Particularly Michelle. That lady is BEYOND unprofessional. She is so rude because she needs to take her lunch break. I went to get stuff mailed at 1:55pm she said they are closed because it's her lunch break from 2-3pm and told me to come back at 3pm and would refuse to take my package. I was flabbergasted. I understand breaks are needed, but there are better ways to communicate. The second time I went because I had no choice due to where I work, I made sure to go at 1:45pm, another lady helped me, very nice. Her machine that prints the sticker ended up jamming so MICHELLE, had to step in to help. She was so mad because while the other lady is trying to fix the printer she's rushing her so that she can go on her lunch break instead of helping. She ended up printing the sticker from her printer and made a comment "I'm already working unpaid overtime". Please teach that lady better customer service skills, she is so unprofessional this should not be allowed.

- AAartemia00Dec 10, 20181.0There is one woman (Cindy/Cynthia) at the register who is terribly rude. Very impatient and never attempts to help people. Her attitude is demeaning and negative. Someone needs to let her go or have a serious talk with her. I plan to get her name next time and even take this further. As a witness of how she talks to others and myself, I’ve been beyond patient for the last couple years but I’ve had it taking her verbal lashings and evil eye.
- MHMatthew HarrisAug 20, 20084.0Back in the 1980s, lots of rural towns had post offices with this type of brick construction (actually, these post offices were built in the 1960s, but they lasted for a while). All of the other rural towns I know of have had new ones constructed. Stevenson, as with so much, has preserved this now old-fashioned post office look! One of the many nice places to visit in Stevenson.
