- TATim AchenbachDec 13, 20251.0ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had 2 packages marked as "Insufficient address" which means they immediately sent them back to the sender. When i contacted the Stanwood Post Office they admitted it was a mistake on their end but refused to do anything about it and said it was on me to figure out how to get my items with the sender. I filled a complaint which resulted in empty promises and more wasted time.

- SBSteve BradshawDec 21, 20221.0Was waiting on a package today, but it never arrived. Checked the delivery status and it said, "Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible." Seemed Stange so I checked my security cameras for the time they claimed the delivery was attempted. No attempt was made. Checked cameras, an hour before and after the delivery attempt time and again, nothing. They never even made an attempt at delivering my package. I guess they just wasn't in the mood to do their jobs tonight. Not surprising from the Stanwood Post Office. And for what it is worth, my driveway and porch is accessible!
