- GJGrace JuneJun 26, 20252.0I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this has been so frustrating if I can get another family or business to steer clear of this company it will be worth it. -First dispenser for our home was defective. He switched it out no problem totally fine experience the first couple months. -They tried to deliver 27 rather than the 3 bottles we ordered to our office with no dispenser. The delivery guy left the bottles saying we wouldn’t be charged and he was canceling our account. We didn’t get a bill until three months later and we did pay it and I could not talk to a manager about it. -My delivery date kept defaulting to November when it was consistently on the first Tuesday of the month then with no notice it changed to Thursday and he still didn’t show up after verbally telling me two days earlier he would be there on the phone. -I have had at least five phone calls and a dozen emails to try to resolve all of this. I was told he would get the bottles today, but no. -There’s more but I’ll stop No one from customer service for either business or personal use, including people on the phone, the delivery people, and people helping over email have been able to follow through to resolve the most basic needs with a sliver of accuracy. The website also is extremely hard to use, I can’t put things right myself and since the customer service people haven’t been able to fix it, there’s no recourse now other than to go online and leave a review. Included is a photo of my bottles that I’ve been told would be picked up twice and will not be picked up I’m just guessing. Costco probably shouldn’t work with this company if they want to uphold their reputation. I’m doing my own fills at Winco and still renting the machine because at least that’s working out for now. I understand there’s been a merger and things are in flux. Whatever is going on, this company is doing a disservice to the people they’re responsible for keeping employed by allowing insanity like this to go on either through not supporting their tech to work properly or not giving them proper training. I understand there’s war and all kinds of tragedy in the world right now and this is trivial and I’m lucky to live where I do and have what I have, but come on, let’s do basic things right! Please. Let’s do what we can for each other and hold up simple agreements while we have a society which still values civility and order. Thanks.
