- RTRandy TaylorNov 21, 20251.0They keep changing where they want address changes and extras besides billing and shipping address. The last carrier requested p.o box number after our name. The new carrier was getting ready to send my packages back because it didn't have a few letters in front of my p.o. box number after my name. And she was treating me like it was my fault this was all happening. Didn't matter that the package had my name and address on it. They treated my things like they had no labels or identity to get it where it's supposed to go. I would just like them to get the stuff sent to where they belong. They were very rude when receiving my packages.
