- UMUW momFeb 26, 20261.0I guess it’s just too much to expect people to be competent at their jobs these days. I received a notice of a certified letter but they cant find it. I spoke to my mail carrier in person before i came so i i know it’s not on the truck. Another time i had an issue with holding my mail. It seems the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing here. This location is just ridiculous. If i screwed up as often as these folks at my job i wouldn't have one.

The lady working at the Garland post office named Maria had to dig through dozens and dozens of pieces of mail maybe 100s and find the ones for me but she did it. Oh and by the way this was on Christmas Eve. Thank you Maria.
- TTTimNov 20, 20251.0Can't get ahold of anybody to call the post office on Garland a human and they keep putting mail that's not ours in our mailbox when the other mailboxes have vacant on the other two mailboxes but they give us mail that are supposed to go to the other mailboxes that are vacant getting sick and tired of it 99205 area Garland post office
- TTTheWholesomeHomieDec 18, 20211.0Got a notice that my package was returned to sender based off an "insufficient address" even though I verified the address with call center and have had packaged deliever prior by usps. Was told to wait till the next day and hope that it wasn't sent back to the sender. No contact attempts to receiver were made prior to them returning to sender. Incredibly disappointed with the service. Will encourage anyone to not use usps. Terrible call center, terrible professionalism, and terrible policies regarding packages.
