- NENola ElsonJun 3, 20241.0In al my years (70), I have never had such bad postal service as this. You fill out a "hold mail" clearly says deliver on certain date. The card they left in the mailbox to remind them not to leave mail is gone... But no mail delivered. 4 days later (through weekend) and still no mail and no pink slip to go pick up mail, which we definitely said on the form to deliver. We are also in a gated area. Twice the lady just threw the mail packages over our gates and left. I have pictures. I thought this was a Federal Offense. Obviously the Hillyard office doesn't think so. There have been so many complaints and nothing is done.
- BABrielle AddisonJan 20, 20231.0I moved into a new house 3 weeks ago and my mail has only been delivered to my mailbox maybe 3-4 times, and packages through this post office are always days late- no problems with packages from other carriers though. I have important mail that I need to be receiving, and they just refuse to deliver it. I reported this location to USPS, but I doubt they will do anything about it.

The person working is usually friendly, usually.... Never have a cart to use to bring in larger shipments, and gets irritated when you have 10 click n' ship items because "theres scheduled pickup for that"
