- AMAaron MackApr 1, 20261.0I have a family member who works for usps, for most packages it takes at most 12-16 hours to move through regional, they held onto my package for 26 hours. Idc really about the hours, i more care about the lack of communication and laziness, i have literally shipped to puerto rico and have gotten quicker updates. Btw they go through 200k or more packages a day. I highly doubt it takes 34 hours to travel from North Powder to Spokane, its literally 4 hours from the edge of the city. So this tells me its either inconsistency and/or no care or immideicy to work

The employees are unwelcoming, difficult to get any kind of answer out of and God forbid you ask for help. The two women I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with were rude, condescending, did not care about the late package I paid money to have delivered 2 Day Air, and was more concerned about their Social Media Accounts. Believe when I say find another location it's obvious from all the reviews this location has trash employees. You guy need to be fired.

If you guys hate your job that much do us all a favor and work elsewhere. The man up front was trash. So condescending. But he was also bald so I shouldn’t have expected a lot. I just need to know info about the package. If you don’t have it just say you don’t have it. He should’ve stopped there, instead gave me a lecture about being responsible and I “need to keep a list of packages I’ve ordered”, while I have two toddlers with me (you don’t say- telling a mother of two toddlers to be responsible- WILD CONCEPT. I have NO IDEA what responsibility is! Oh who will help me with their wise advice!? Right!The post office worker!) No wonder this place has terrible reviews. Also jokes on y’all cause I don’t even know what it was. Which is why I was there in the first place. Honestly I think it must’ve been a “second notice” of an item I already picked up during the holidays. I’ve gotten all my mail and packages. Because would you look at that- I AM responsible lmao. Anyway, gross attitudes and condescension. Get ready for it if you go since they don’t care.
