  These guys have been great! I've been here twice now. Once in 23/25 to return a package and today 2/18/26, I picked up a package. Employees I've encountered have greeted me upon entering, were nice and asked how they can help. Both transactions have been less than 5 minutes. Basically, in and out in a jiffy!

  Every time I go into that particular UPS store, the workers are attentive, polite and diligent in dealing with me. It’s a good feeling.

  I have never been treated as horribly as they treated me. An an adult with Asperger's sydrome who does not understand tech well, I was trying to get a package shipped. They charged me twice my label never showed up they played stupid with me. I walked out of that store trying not cry. Humiliated taken advantage of. I forgive them for their actions because I am making the choice not to go to their level. but I do not forget. I want my money back that way I can ship this package out with Fedex. I do not expect them to correct their horrible actions. I hope my experience will help others not to go through their shameful vile actions and not be the next joke in the break room. I really wish zero was possible. Shame on that store's employees.
