  It’s hard to give stars to something that holds so much meaning. When you ask someone to carefully pack your childhood into a box… trusting it to make its way from Washington to Ohio… you can’t help but hope and pray it all arrives safely, with every piece still intact. Clearing out my parents’ home was already emotional enough. Choosing just a few things to carry back with me… pieces that somehow hold an entire childhood in Spokane… that alone felt heavy. And then there was The UPS Store. They were beyond amazing. Not just in how carefully they packed everything, but in how they showed up through the entire process. They listened. They understood what this meant. They took action, followed through, and met every detail with care and intention. It wasn’t just packing a box. It was honoring what was inside of it. I am so incredibly grateful. Thank you for handling something so personal with such pride and kindness❣️

  I will go out of my way for this store every time. The workers are so kind and helpful! They always find a way to make returning packages as easy as possible even if there’s a rush! Shout out to Henry - he spreads so much good into the world.
