When I called today to ask what the FedEx cut off time was, the representative could not stop talking about herself, and how she wasn't there and doesn't know. This store is not reliable. Do not trust them with your FedEx packages to be timely picked up. They should train their employees to answer questions asked, rather than assumptions about what they think is getting asked. The rep replied to my question about the cut-off time to let me know that my package was still there. Someone who can't stop talking about themselves and how they are not personally responsible should not be in a customer service position.
