- LSL. Robin StormsJan 30, 20261.0This location cancelled our passport appointments 6 minutes before our appointments. We were in the parkinglot, walking in when they called and cancelled it. I could not find any same-day appointments due to the time of day, and all appointments are scheduled weeks out currently in our area. We took off time from school and work and planned these appointments so we would have adequate time prior to our travels, and now our new appointments that are a month away are pushing our time frame.

- KCKarina CarpenterOct 22, 20251.0Awful service and the woman doing the passport service was rude and dismissive. I came in and saw a room marked "passports" no other signage. So I went in there and was yelled at for it. When she FINALLY got to me, she didn't even ask me if my old passport was eligible for renewal. She gave me papers and very rudely sent me on my way. I went to the Veradale location (same day) and it was a whole 180 from the experience here. They were friendly and efficient, and got my application filled out and filed in less than 20 minutes! All and all, dont go to the Helena location. They are just horrible.
