I scheduled an appointment online for my husband to get his passport application taken care of at this location. I accidentally scheduled it for the wrong day, so obviously totally my fault. He went in, told the lady he had an appointment at 2:15 and instead of providing any sort of decent customer service, she just goes “nope” in a snarky tone and obviously he’s confused and taken aback by her attitude. He tries to explain that he has an appointment (he did, for the wrong day) and the entire time, she is just rude and condescending toward him about it. I don’t know what it is about working at the postal service and why it makes the workers SO rude and dismissive but oh my god, maybe rethink your career choice if you can’t provide an once of kindness or decent customer service towards those that come in?? I don’t understand it.

Truly awful service. I've been here 4 or 5 times over the years, and the people working are rude, dismissive, and ready to tell you everything you did wrong, as if sending packages is the most common thing in the world that everyone in the 2020s should be masters at. Today they literally pressed the "good service" smiley face on the touchpad before I had the chance to interact with it, right after being directly rude to me, even though I was the only customer in the store. Unbelievable.
