- WMWhitney MurisonFeb 19, 20261.0This place is such a joke. The supervisor was incredibly unprofessional. He raises his voice so I couldn't speak and cut me off more than once. They dont deliver my bank statements for my credit card, Ive complained for almost a year about it. Now I have fraud on that Card. Instead of hearing me, instead of any problem solving he actually scolded me. I should sign up for another Online Banking account and manage that so they dont have to be responsible in thier job. Mind Blown. He complained I was there for 10 minutes, yes I was waiting for you (not that I mind waiting for him); and you cant listen for 2 minutes. I dont know what to say if you dont like it, but mail is important (and your doing a job for pay to be frank about it).
