Let express that the wonderful employees of the Monroe and Rosewood Station, Sarah, Melody and Chris (although he has transferred) give all of their customers (at least when I’m in the post office) a great customer experience!! I have to attribute that to their management, because that is where it starts and the fact that the team cares about the community they serve. Thank you management and a special thank you to those on the front line, Sarah, Melody, Chris and I am sure many others under great leadership.
