  I’ve been coming here for years, that’s a whole lot of trips because I used to do Amazon returns at least twice monthly. All but one time it’s been a positive experience. They are always so nice and helpful. Also, I have never waited more than a couple minutes. And more often than not there’s no wait at all.

  What is the deal here? I've been to this UPS Store twice in the last couple of months and they've been nothing but kind. And I can be awkward at times and am very aware of social cues and discomfort. If someone has the time to write a bad review, they have the time to send the business a private message or make a call to a manager first... I used to live near the north side store and I'd have to wait in long lines and it was very impersonal. But, no biggie - it's the industry - and it's still better than going to the post office! This location is convenient to access, they are always attentive when I walk in the door, and they aren't even getting my money - I'm doing returns! And they graciously offer me a return receipt. Shipping is not cheap. I've never had an issue with the UPS Stores - they always offer me different rates for different delivery methods. Maybe they're nice to me because I treat them with respect? Who knows. Either way, I don't like seeing a necessary business/service get hammered by disgruntled people through negative reviews unless you've made serious efforts to resolve it with the business directly - first. That's just passive aggressive and shady. Don't blast your experience - your "opinion" - without making efforts to understand the whole story. Seriously. Thank you to the UPS Store employees who have to tolerate us - people that want you to send our stuff, protect it, deliver it without a noted mark in the packaging, at some dirt-cheap price because we assume that your handling (customer service, tracking, freight transport, flights, etc.) our package from point A to B should cost a couple of dollars. Maybe people should get in their vehicle and drive their package to the recipient and compare the cost? It's all about perspective.

  They send your packages that you need to pick up to other locations without informing you so you have to make extra trips trying to figure out where your packages are. Terrible service. Will not use again.
