The second one I ordered in the evening and it said it would be ready by 11/28. On 11/28 at around 6pm, I went to staples to pick up both orders. There was only one print employee behind the counter. She told me that only one of my orders were complete. She said that she was pretty far behind on print orders and said that it should be ready by the next day. It’s now 3:30pm on 11/29, and my order has not been completed. The order I am waiting on is announcements for a celebration of life that I was hoping to get mailed out to family and friends this weekend. I would have ordered to have shipped which probably would have saved me money, but chose to print in store so I would get them faster. I’ve had a number of things printed at Staples, and this isn’t the first issue I’ve run into.
