I tried to contact the main store in Spokane but was only allowed to interact with the unhelpful clanker menu. Delivery man: five stars. Clanker menu: negative eight stars. Make your phone tree work as well as your people do. Do not pester the driver because he "took too long" because if it would have been my wife alone at home she would not been able to get the package in out of the weather by herself. The delivery man ( I forgot his name ) is exactly who you want representing your brand and deserves a raise.
