I go to office and immediately get a negative, non understanding attitude from the person at the front. Before I really speak, she just says “nope”. Also won’t get overnight refunded because it was weather related and I know that’s out of my control. Would have been nice to be met with some understanding. Very rude. Wouldn’t even hear me out. I’ve never ever left a review ever. Do not waste your time driving out this way. I’ll “get my package when I get my package” basically.

Not to mention good luck trying to get a hold of a customer service rep that is not a bot. I was finally able to do this after reading Reddit threads of how to contact a human representative. By far the worst Customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with.
