  When I went to drop off my return at the copy and print center a tall younger guy grabbed the box scanned my phone and then said you’re good to go. I immediately felt strange because I did not receive any sort of receipt or proof that the return had been made. I went to my car and waited to see if Amazon would show that the return was received by Staples however, this did not happen right away, so I decided to go back in the store and ask for my receipt that it was returned and the guy told me we don’t do that anymore. So I asked him are you sure about that and he replied yes I’m sure we don’t do that anymore. It’s all digital. His replies were very short and rude. I stated that he could steal it and I would have no proof I returned it. I also stated that it was very sketchy not having proof it was returned. He began to laugh at me, and the assistant manager came over and attempted to calm the situation by explaining why the process is the way it is now. She stated they had no control because Amazon made it this way. I have a hard time believing that no proof of a return can be given when my wife has made returns and other locations and proof is always given. I have always had proof from staples. While I understand that everything may be digital sometimes we need proof just in case there’s a problem with a return possibly an issue that arises that we have no control over and having printed documentation helps us in case there’s an issue in the future. I started to get slightly upset because the employee that was there was laughing at me in front of a customer. I said to the assistant manager that they needed to get rid of that guy because he has problems and he shouldn’t be laughing at customers. She agreed that shouldn’t have happened however, nothing was done to stop it he just continued to laugh at me as I was walking out of the store. This employee should be written up or let go. It is completely inappropriate to treat a customer this way.

  Worst attitude ever! I arrived 10:55 in a Sunday morning not knowing they open at 11. Try to get in but the door didn’t open. I thought their door might be broken seeing the light is on so I open the door carefully. This lady rush outside and yelled at me that “if you need to rip my door like that obviously we’re not open” I said sorry and went outside waiting. I was looking for the store hour sign and that’s when I realized they post it on the right down side of the door. People start to showing up and a guy chat with me and said they’re serious about their open hour huh? I laughed. 4 minutes later when they open the door that lady completely ignored me and greeted the guy behind me. I don’t know what is it that I did to make her so mad but I don’t feel welcome at this store at all. Even though I apologized but apparently that’s not enough.
