- BPBrittany Pospisil3 days ago1.0I walk into the post office at 3:50pm with 30 small white envelopes of certified mail for my work. LEGAL NOTICES that had to get out today. I get DENIED by a gal and a tall gentlemen telling me they can’t send my mail today with an hour remaining until closing. Then they proceed to ask me what property I work at like my attempt to mail envelopes is illegal, stating everyone makes an appointment. For 15 minutes of your time? I’m standing there completely confused as it’s federally illegal to deny sending my mail within operating hours. I’ve had coworkers complain about this same issue at this site. So I then drove down to the AMAZING post office near Pines and Sprague at 4:10pm, and I was as greeted with a smile by a gal who spent a whopping 15 minutes mailing my 30 pieces of certified mail. I almost had a heart attack at the Sullivan post office due to their negligence and incompetent team who can’t possibly be inconvenienced with my mail. I will not return due to the sheer blatant lack of work ethic by a team member that was almost at the end of their shift and didn’t want to work.

- AMAriah marieNov 24, 20251.0This is the third time I’ve ordered something and it says failed to deliver due to the address, but my address has always been on there correctly and I’ve never had any problems with any other delivery service besides USPS very upsetting especially right around the holidays today was my husbands birthday & I wasn’t able to give him his gift because my package was returned to sender for no reason I’ve been home all day & nothing was attempted to be delivered I’m truly so disappointed and I will be going to make a complaint I do not want my packages being delivered through usps I will do what I can to prevent that basically if you want you’re packages do not go thru usps .
