- APAshley PollardJan 14, 20261.0Every time I have been in, the front desk is unhelpful to the point that it feels like they enjoy making people have a difficult experience. I always try to avoid USPS and got to UPS instead but occasionally I have to go to USPS and am reminded every time why I avoid this place. The one on Sprague is the same. The front desk ladies seem absolutely miserable at both locations.
- TSTaylor StormsDec 23, 20251.0This post office is all over the place as far as staff, I've only ever seen one person working here, and break times seem to be chaotic. When you're dropping off and picking up mail for a company, consistency matters. Most recently I arrived at my normal time to see this note hanging on the frame of the window. Very vague, and didn't even include a return timeframe (Or if they're returning at all). So far I've been waiting for about 45 minutes and no one's showed up, but there's music playing in the back where the staff work. Avoid this post office, it's not at all customer friendly. Edit: Left after waiting an hour.
- RRRekkerOct 13, 20235.0This is a small Post Office that you may miss if you're not careful. Haven't found anything they couldn't help me with yet. I dropped by to ask about an email I had received as I was suspicious it may be Spam fishing for personal information. I was pleased to find the Post Office employee here was able to quickly identify my email as Spam and showed me the very subtle identifiers that gave it away. Kudos to the Post Office employee for his knowledge and courtesy to take the time to help.
