The man working the counter from 3pm-4pm on December 18th was incredibly rude and doesn’t know usps policies. I’m not surprised at all that he got 2 bad reviews in one day! He said that I can’t ship more than 1 sample of perfume at a time. It’s a perfume sample kit that I got MAILED TO ME when I ordered it. And now I’m sending it to my sister for Xmas. A quick google search will show that it needs to be under 16oz. And guess what? Went to a different office and the guy there was kind and friendly and only asked if it was under 16oz and it was secured in the proper bagging. CRAZY! This guy at the vista location needs be retrained or put in a position where he doesn’t talk to customers.

The guy at the counter is always super rude! He’s got a bad attitude, seems like he hates his job and life in general. He could be a lot more helpful, informing people, but he chooses to be rude. I only come here because there is no wait, but I’m sure it’s because he’s so rude and no one wants to come. I also see he gives himself the smiling face that’s asked to customers, but he taps it quickly to make it seem like he’s so knowledgeable and people like his service. I’d rather wait in line and have someone be kind and helpful than go here. Hope they ca find better staff.

I've consistently had pleasant people at the counter. It's a very small post office, so sometimes the wait is a little long. Also, they're closed for lunch between 11:30 and 12:30. I've only used this post office to ship or buy stamps, I don't have a po box there, so can't review that part

The WORST Postal Office I have ever experienced! The staff person (name is Rick possibly) is mean and miserable, always complaining.
The lunch break is one of the best time for people to visit Postal Office, it is closed! What’s worse is shortly after lunch break, at 2pm SHARP, he takes another 15 minutes break. No sensible business would ever have business hours like this and would ever keep this kind of staff for more than a month. It is government and union job! That’s why people are not happy with bureaucracy.
Replace him and change the hours!
