- LRLana RenzOct 14, 20251.0So far crappy service for mail going from a home that we sod to our box at this post office. Then 6 weeks later got it fixed then a problem forwarding our mail to another state. 6 weeks its taking. Ridiculous. I don’t think they know what they are doing. Ugh

It's unusual, our delivery driver is a kind lady. The parcels made their way back to me via neighbors. I've had nothing but great experiences at the office itself. Everyone is very attentive and quick to put out fires.

The phone service on the other hand is absolutely abysmal and you will never reach a representative no matter how hard you try. It continuously reroutes you to the wrong options and after asking for a representative multiple times it just keeps asking you to repeat the same question.
