I want to praise two very special and amazing men at your Argonne store. The names are Matt and Christian . I had a very difficult time using a return label and it didnāt show up on my IPad so I was going to leave but no one was in the store at the time and they got into my emails to try to retrieve the label. In between customers they searched for a longtime and finally after they were able to locate the label. They were so kind and helpful. Most people would not have helped me. Please compliment them and know you have two wonderful employees. Thank you

Service warning re: management and the Notary. Word of caution, store hours vary but notary hours are 10 to 4.
I came in on Friday at 6 pm The posted hours . No one else on the store but me the people behind the counter and the UPS guy. I stood there for 40 seconds or so while a young man finished up his conversation with the UPS guy. I told them I need a document notarized and the young man said notary hours ended at 4 pm, and even if it was that time there was no notary there. I stated as feedback that notary hours should be posted to the young man just ignored the comment. I started to walk out and came back to again provide the feedback and the UPS man acknowledged my point.
I came on Monday and the same man that denied me service was the notary.
I addressed the āmistruthā with the young man told me it was not a mistruth I pointed to another gal (who was not in uniform) and asked if it was h the owner, the young man stated she was a manager she looked to be in her 40ās. When I walked up to her the lady listened for a second said he should not have said the at and said she would get the manager. I looked her and the girl (in uniform) who looked to be about 19 and decided to leave.
Notaries are supposed have integrity, and clearly this man did not demonstrate that. He knew who the owner and manager was and even she did not want to address the issue. If they canāt be honest about things or address service I will not trust my business with them and you may think twice about how they will address your concerns.

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I shipped an expensive package ($4500 value) from here to California. I did not inquire about additional insurance as I assumed there was decent coverage and it was not offered at the time of shipping.
The package was lost and the store manager was helpful in the claims process, had me fill out the form, provide documentation of package value etc. Manager assured me claims process was easy and I would be reimbursed for the full amount. A couple weeks go buy and I receive a check for $150. I call the store and the manager informs me there was some sort of mistake and she would look into it.
I call back the next day and she tells me the claim is approved and I will receive the remainder of the money with another check in a week or two. I tell her explicitly that I need to replace my items, she said yup go ahead you'll get the check. A few more weeks go by, I don't get another check. I call the store and am told that lady doesn't work there anymore and they have no idea about my claim.
I file a complaint with corporate and am told that all I am entitled to is $100 of insurance regardless of package value even though I wasn't offered more in insurance and that the employee shouldn't have told me to replace my items. They take no responsibility that I replaced my items with my own money. Had I not been told I was getting that money I probably wouldn't have spent it at this time. The corporate rep admitted they didn't handle the situation well and also ultimately lost my package which is what caused the whole situation but refused to do anything.
