Everything i needed to complete, Izzy helped me through the entire process. I wouldn't have been able to do it on my own. Thank you Izzy!!

- JLJenny LoveAug 6, 20251.0I had 2 small packages to ship out, one to Chewelah, one to Airway Heights.. first, she had both packages going to some other state, ringing up to be more than $50 to ship, then she “fixed” it and both packages got sent to Airway Heights….. the confirmation that I signed was only showing the 2nd package, and I made the mistake of assuming that the other one was going to Chewelah… that was my bad… but now I have to pay, again, to have it shipped to the right address in Chewelah.. I know better than to have anything shipped from The UPS Store. It’s probably cheaper at the post office anyway. I used this particular UPS Store for all my needs, Amazon, shipping, receiving.. I was even paying for the added perks or whatever it is. I will be cancelling that now. What a headache. But yes, I should have been more insistent on checking each one before signing… my bad…..

I had 2 Amazon items to return and she asked me to pay her money for the boxes and shipping labels, which I don’t have to pay Amazon provide them everything. I do not recommend this location
