I put my mail on hold, they turned all my mail back to sender, I had very important mail coming in, instead of giving me my mail they returned to sender, the guy behind the counter doesn't know how to do his job, causes problems with me all the time that I go in there, he is very rude towards others as well.

They're unfortunately really hard to get ahold of, which can be a pain, especially when you'd appreciate help in person. However, I've never had a package delayed or lost by them.

WORTHLESS TRASH! Have been trying to call them for over an hour, but they just keep hanging up on me. God forbid they do the job they were paid to do.
Can't get access to my birthday gift, because they put it in the broken parcel locker.
Before this, the mail lady kept putting my mail in someone else box, and the person who it was going to got my debit card, and emptied my bank account because of it.
This post office keeps getting worse and worse....

Better than the Roy Post office, that's for sure! I have a PO BOX here, much out of my way because of how awful of an experience I've had with Roy. I am always greeted in a friendly manner and everyone seems to do their job with thoroughness. I do wish the mail drop outside was replaced quickly and there could be a second staff member up front in the afternoon when everyone is there to pick up packages. They do the best they can though, and that is apparent.
