- ASAmy SongerOct 11, 20251.0I put my mail on hold, they turned all my mail back to sender, I had very important mail coming in, instead of giving me my mail they returned to sender, the guy behind the counter doesn't know how to do his job, causes problems with me all the time that I go in there, he is very rude towards others as well.

Can't get access to my birthday gift, because they put it in the broken parcel locker. Before this, the mail lady kept putting my mail in someone else box, and the person who it was going to got my debit card, and emptied my bank account because of it. This post office keeps getting worse and worse....
- ABAdrianne BatrisFeb 10, 20204.0Better than the Roy Post office, that's for sure! I have a PO BOX here, much out of my way because of how awful of an experience I've had with Roy. I am always greeted in a friendly manner and everyone seems to do their job with thoroughness. I do wish the mail drop outside was replaced quickly and there could be a second staff member up front in the afternoon when everyone is there to pick up packages. They do the best they can though, and that is apparent.
