  Like many, I'm guilty of writing reviews more often when I'm upset than when I'm happy. I just wanted to take the time to thank the folks at the spanaway post office for being patient kind helping me navigate a mail hold, a power of attorney, and going out of their way to give me a call back the following business day when I thought my mail had been lost. Very much appreciated.

  Our neighborhood is having constant break-ins and theft of mail and packages at the neighborhood mailboxes. They admitted to someone having a set of master keys that isn't an employee. This month alone, a couple of times, mailboxes have been photographed wide open with all mail and packages stolen. A resident found a pile of postal and mailbox keys on the ground the other day. Complaints go nowhere. It's getting worse. USPS is a federal entity. They refused to change locks on the boxes and give residents new keys. They need to be investigated. This is an inside job. 🤬

  WOW I’m shocked at how horrible the costumer service is at this location —it’s disgusting honestly. The older guy who works there was very unprofessional. I was up in line with a friend who was with me this day and I told him that I want to track a package and he threw whatever papers were in his hands and looked me in the face and said “ okay and?” “what do you want me to do?” As if I just asked the most absurd question ever. I was in utter shock and felt very uncomfortable at how uptight and rude he was and I turned my head and locked eyes with my friend and she had the same reaction. I don’t understand why someone who works at a post office would be fazed and riled up at a basic question about a package , isn’t this your job? Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I have never experienced something like this in customer service in my life. DO BETTER! And get a different job if it’s that miserable.

  The employees look to be efficient, easy to communicate with and knowledgeable. Sometimes customer service windows are understaffed. Need to reinstall drive up mail drop off box. Please

  Absolutely the worst post office ever. I called 15 mins before closing to ask a question about my mail and the associate caught the biggest attitude because he didn’t want to check for me. He hung up in my face, I tried to call back numerous times but he let it ring!
