  04/21/2026. I traveled to this location to drop off some packages to the mail room. Upon driving to the back where the mail room area is, there are several signs that say United States postal workers only no trespassing. Upon seeing that I went back around to the front and tried to deliver to the interior of the building. To which I was met by two of the most dismissive and rude staff members working in a customer service aspect that I have ever met. They also don't seem to know the difference between a federal employee responsible for the handling and delivery of mail and a delivery driver who is not a federal employee and who is not legally allowed to handle mail. All I asked them to do was please update delivery instructions to state if you want me to ignore the signs that say federal employees only please add that to your delivery instructions so I don't waste my time driving back and forth.

  I was able to get service right away, my questions were answered, was able to get the package delivered, but I had to pay for it.🤨 The company told me that they were going to be paying for it.

  Beyond exceptional! Paul,Maddie, and Brandon went above and beyond to help my family acquire our passports! These three postmasters exhibited an amount of graciousness, compassion, and kindness that sadly is rarely seen these days. My family and I are so very grateful for the amazing and incredible treatment we were given at this post office! I can't say enough positive things about our most recent experience at the Silverdale post office! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Your kindness and generosity will not go unnoticed, and I will personally "pay it forward" to not only follow your prime examples but to keep sharing the kindness you all have shared with our family. You three set a stellar example in caring for your customers and doing all you could to help and ensure their requests were met ! Thank you, best service ever!!!!!

  It's been a while since I've been to the post office. Every time I had to come in to mail something, the service has been good. The place is always clean and organized.

  Worst run establishment in the county. If you think the DOL/DMV is stereotypically slow in service then brace yourself for the worst service experience of your life. Going on 15+ years of doing battle with them on a weekly basis. Lost packages, lost mail, long lines, no phones, no answers, bad attitude, and lots of grief must be the motto in the staff room. I can't fathom how they continue to function... Two thumbs down, would give 0 stars if it was available.
