- DWDina WOct 16, 20254.0I had to get a passport but didn't make an appointment so my family and I decided to do walk in instead to my surprise it took faster than usual. I was amaze of how easy it went.

I called the usps call center to try and inform anyone to update the website to accurately reflect their appropriate times

I brought my application ahead of time and was in/out in less than 20 minutes. Keep in mind to expect more time if the line is long! I got in early. The service itself is speedy.

It took me quite some time especially with a toddler in tow who was full of energy and hard to control. The staff were so kind to my son who was being so cheeky running around and keeping an eye on him while I filled out the paperwork. I appreciate their patience and answering questions I had. My anxiety was very high and It made me feel a little better knowing staff weren’t annoyed with my son’s presence when he was being quite a handful. Thank you.
