A package was delivered via the tracking information on the UPS app and showed that it had been signed for. Instead of making an effort to physically check the packages that were brought in that morning after discovering it wasn't in their computer system, they told my husband they didn't have it and sent him to another UPS store. After calling customer service, they confirmed that yes, our package was in fact received by this store and that if they didn't have it, to file a claim. My husband then went back into the store and insisted that it was there when suddenly, one of their employees goes "oh yeah, that package is here, it just wasn't put in under his name it was put in under the store's name" .... never again. Washington Silverdale UPS is a joke.

The self service kiosk was dominated by one person who was processing about 20 Amazon returns. It's Christmas season. They need more people helping customers. One employee on duty means we wait about half an hour to get serviced. I have a prepaid package that should have taken less than a minute. Poor customer service--at least on this visit.
