Alexis went above and beyond helping us. She custom packed the computer and provided us ample information and peace of mind that it would arrive safely. I’ve had interactions with her before and she’s always been very helpful and kind. Thank you so much, Alexis!

I think she said less than 10 words and she couldn’t even look at me. Unbelievably rude. I will happily drive farther than come back here, 5 minutes from my house.

A package was delivered via the tracking information on the UPS app and showed that it had been signed for. Instead of making an effort to physically check the packages that were brought in that morning after discovering it wasn't in their computer system, they told my husband they didn't have it and sent him to another UPS store. After calling customer service, they confirmed that yes, our package was in fact received by this store and that if they didn't have it, to file a claim. My husband then went back into the store and insisted that it was there when suddenly, one of their employees goes "oh yeah, that package is here, it just wasn't put in under his name it was put in under the store's name" .... never again. Washington Silverdale UPS is a joke.
