To my surprise, an awesome young lady, Eliza, came to my assistance and totally blew me away! She literally walked me thru, step by step, and helped me refresh my memory on how to navigate on the computer with the templates. She was so patient, curtious, and resourceful, even when it came to choosing my layout. So smart. I can't stress enough how grateful to her I am. Give this lady her crown, Staples...no joke, she's priceless! She helped me all the way to the end and said theyd be ready for pick-up the next morning. I walked out of there a VERY SATISFIED & thrilled person! Returned next day and she was there and gave me the box. They were & are perfect! 5 stars!! And a huge SUPERSTAR for Eliza!
