  Avoid if you need non-USA passports. My son needed a photo for his Canadian passport and we first went to UPS Store who was nice, but said their machine doesn't have a specific "Canada" button but they can trim it to the size required. They said that FedEx has specifics on their machine for Canada though. I thanked him and said I think we'll try that, just because it's so important. We went to the Silverdale FedEx and the guy "helping" was very rude and condescending. I had printed off the instructions from the application to show him just in case. I slid it over to him to show and he dismissed it without looking saying he'll do whatever the machine says. When the photos came out I again tried to show him the instructions that said the photographer needs to write the store, address and date on the back. He said, "I don't care what Canada says, my company says I don't have to.". The two required photos were on a single card with marks at the top and bottom. He said their cutter only works for US sizes so we'll have to cut them ourselves, that they don't touch them. I'm not understanding the rude pushback. We were nothing but friendly and kind. We heard they do Canadian passports so we went for that specific service. We asked if they could be trimmed to the right size (Canada is different size than US) and written on the back like the specific instructions say but were told no and to basically figure it out and good luck. I don't think they should offer multiple country passports if they don't follow the specific instructions of that country. I should have just thanked him anyway and left, but we paid. I'll try and "figure it out" and trim them myself and hope they don't get rejected.

  This FedEx location customer service is poor! The know it all Jerry at the counter should not be engaging with customers. He should be tucked away in the back doing mindless tasks! If you need to ship, avoid this Fedex location, better yet go to UPS, they have better customer service, reliable shipping and no Jerry's in the front counter! ZERO stars!

  I cannot express how thankful I am to the two employees working tonight 01/18/2026. Robert with a ginger beard and a gal who's name started with an A who had long dark hair. I am genuinely ashamed I can't remember her name. I came into fax very important paperwork that had to be to its destination by tonight and both Robert and A were kind, compassionate, and patient when the faxes wouldn't go through and I had to redo some things on the paperwork to cut down on the page number. I was never once made to feel like I was asking too much. I was even given a chair as I am disable and was having difficulties standing even with my cane and they could see I was struggling. Both employees need to be rewarded because I also saw them give ever person that walked in the exact same standard of treatment. Thank you both so much 💜

  I was helped so quickly, the cashier was so polite and efficient! I feel bad for not getting his name but I’m pleasantly surprised! I went to the ups store yesterday and their demeanors were less friendly & welcoming. I’ll be coming here from now on.
