I had a door tag and my wife's driver's license on my phone. My wife was sick, we had just come back from the doctors office and we thought I could just run in and pickup her important package. The employee would not give me her package. I was forced to bring my sick wife in with her driver's license before we could get her package. Because she was ill, as I explained to the person behind the desk, she threw up in the post office. Beside's the fact that the woman behind me was abusing me the entire time. The postal worker said she was just doing her job, a familiar historical rationalization. I am a retired postal worker and I am ashamed of this display. I won't even go there regarding the woman waiting behind me. I have learned it's best to minimize all interactions with the usps.☹

I have been going here for 2 years and have always had a positive experience. Those behind the counters were helpful and friendly!

I made a passport appointment for today here a month in advance, between when I scheduled my appointment and when I came in for it, they decided that this location would no longer take passport applications. and made ZERO attempt to contact me about the fact that they would no longer honor my appointment. The only notification I got was a sign on their door as I was entering the building for my appointment. When I got there, I talked to an EXTREMELY rude employee, who would not even look at my appointment confirmation, which had the address of the building we were in, and correct time, repeatedly told me I "could not be here", and "we don't do that, you have to book it online" (which I literally did), and proceeded to hand me a post-it with the URL for the site I booked my appointment on in the first place. Just an awful experience.

Dropped off a package in the drop box that had a tracking number heading to Utah, it was never scanned as being received and was finally scanned after it arrived in COLORADO 3 days later! Avoid this location.
