There is another post office down Aurora on 145th. I've always had a good experience using this post office the staff have always been kind and helpful. It's also at a very convenient location for where I'm at. I just think there's way too many narcissists out there nowadays who act like children when they don't get their way and like to complain about everything.
- NKNathaniel KeoghJun 1, 20211.0I made a passport appointment for today here a month in advance, between when I scheduled my appointment and when I came in for it, they decided that this location would no longer take passport applications. and made ZERO attempt to contact me about the fact that they would no longer honor my appointment. The only notification I got was a sign on their door as I was entering the building for my appointment. When I got there, I talked to an EXTREMELY rude employee, who would not even look at my appointment confirmation, which had the address of the building we were in, and correct time, repeatedly told me I "could not be here", and "we don't do that, you have to book it online" (which I literally did), and proceeded to hand me a post-it with the URL for the site I booked my appointment on in the first place. Just an awful experience.
