Either way, I ordered a record that was marked delivered but never showed up and I was stressed because it was a limited release and wouldn't be able get another copy. He was able to track down what happened to it and I had it within an hour or two. I really appreciate it!!

Sometimes they put the wrong mail in my box, they cant fix that the person has to cancel there stuff. Ive lived out of shelton and in shelton using post office boxes both times. They work just dont ever go up the stairs in the winter.

Where has my mail been? The Post Mistress in my opinion is rude and inept. I have had issues with her in the past. One of the front desk employees is way too flirty with older women. Making me VERY uncomfortable. I started using the UPS store because of this awful post office and their employees. They kept putting another persons mail in my box. I accidently opened that mail and there was all this ladies personal info. Telling me how much money she had in her bank account. It was a HUGE amount. If I had of been a criminal mind....could I have done something bad with this info. I knew the lady...went to church with her in the past. I did not need to know her personal business. I have had other issues with this post office. But why bother sharing all of it. Nothing seems to change. The State should be doing some firing in this place!!!
