- KTKevin Thompson2 days ago5.0It should be noted that this post office has nothing to do with street delivery. There are no carriers working out of this office. If someone got a note from a carrier it didn't come from Sedro Woolley. Also, Dena and Dani are the best at what they do. Jerry, the postmaster, is also a really good guy who cares about customers. For all your post office/ passport needs, go to Sedro Woolley.
- ACAndrew CrooksApr 13, 20261.0I had a very rude experience today with the postmaster Jerry. I mailed a package to the WA State Attorney generals office in Seattle in early Dec 2025. Jerry confirmed today that even though the address was a legitimate address for mailing, he would not refund the $17.20 I paid for a priority mail with certified tracking. The tracking number shows that this "unable to deliver" item had attempted delivery twice and is still hanging since late Dec 2025 as waiting to be return delivered. So, it's odd that Jerry insisted that there was something off about the address still as the reason for no refund. It seems like the Seattle postman is somehow forbidden from properly serving documents to the Wa State Attorney Generals office, despite "trying" twice. This is quite outrageous. Thankfully I paid with a visa card and they are refunding the charge for services not rendered. I guess I'll use UPS of FEDEX next time I need to mail something that I need to actually arrive or just any reason really. Great job Jerry! You're the post MASTER, master of the 1-star reviews.

It clearly states walk in passport applications are accepted and I had all forms ready and filled out prior to walking in, I was told i would have to wait a couple weeks before they could help me and I should just go somewhere else. Awesome.

I got a message saying that the driver attempted delivery but had "no access to the delivery location". I went and checked to see if my driveway was blocked. (It wasn't.) Was he just too lazy to drive down the driveway to place my package on my doorstep? Yes. I am extremely disappointed in USPS.
