- CLCheryl Liu5 days ago5.0I had a really positive experience at this USPS branch. The staff were very kind and patient in answering my questions. In particular, I want to thank one of the supervisors who wears glasses. I do not know his name, but he was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. I was confused about why my mail was being sent to my old address, and he quickly helped us identify the issue and resolve it. We also were not very familiar with some USPS tracking and mailing statuses, and he took the time to look into everything for us and patiently answered all of our questions. I really appreciated his professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

The mailbox is clearly marked, there is no locked gate, and no dog on the property. To be clear, this statement is untrue. I have three steps leading up to my porch—there was no obstruction preventing delivery. If the issue was that the route was running behind, I would prefer an honest explanation rather than an inaccurate one. Mail delivery to my address was completed without issue on the same day, so I am unclear why this package could not be delivered. Please explain.
