- RIRadwan IbrahimMar 24, 20261.0Worst customer service, I’m not sure why there our employees working here. Might as well make it all self service. They don’t want to do work and rather turn you back in line instead of helping you. Be preppy to waste an hour if stop by if you send with them.

I asked for help choosing the correct box size to ship my phone, and instead of giving a helpful recommendation, she sarcastically said that if I wanted my phone to break, I should use the box I was holding. She then smirked and walked away. It was completely unprofessional. While I was filling out the shipping information, she continued to be rude and told me to step aside in case someone else came into line. I politely explained that I didn’t mind moving once I finished writing, but her tone remained dismissive and disrespectful. I’ve been coming to this location for almost two years and have never experienced customer service like this. Her attitude and behavior were unacceptable, and to make matters worse, she ultimately refused to send my package. Very disappointing experience. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers don’t have to deal with the same treatment.

First time here BTW I’m not the one to ever write a review but this one got to me…
