- MHMatt HehemannFeb 24, 20261.0They refused to provide a receipt for my package. While it was a prepaid package, I would still have liked the receipt for tracking. I asked twice and he refused twice. The clerk was busy watching what seemed to be training videos, so I am not very confident in this location. Other locations I have used seemed more competent and have always provided receipts.
- NNnitanitaFeb 5, 20261.0I tried to give this place a second chance because it's father and son business but I'm never going back here. The old man that does the notary takes it upon himself to change things on your paperwork. I had to come back multiple times because of this. And then he argued with me about it..i could lose my job over him messing up things on the paperwork that isnt for him to "fix". And he tossed the paperwork across the counter at me because he was angry I've never had another Republic act like this or treat me this way it's never been something aggressive it's never been something like this before No apology. No sorry for the wait or anything. And the son is even worse. Saying that he would charge me for taping up my package when it was just a little sleeve thing. They sit in the back knowing you are waiting in line and they dont come out until you say something. I wont go back.
