  0 star if I could. The old lady working there has the worst attitude ever experienced. Please run away this place if you don’t want to ruin your day. The management team should take action!

  Comical experience March 25 at 2:45. Amazon drop off location per Amazon app. Kid response to every question was "I dont normally work here" and he called me "sweetey". Store location has spotty wifi for an Amazon drop off. Finally got the return code and he wanted to charge me $2 for the free drop off. Just didnt want to deal with him or his comedy routine, i left. I had to carry my Amazon stuff doing errands. It cant be that difficult.

  I had the same unprofessional experience as the person below me did. I came in to ship out a package my customer purchased and the two women at the counter, Pushpa and her coworker, were bizarre. They were both aggressively glaring at me, rude and unhelpful. When I asked for a bag for my item, one of them smiled at their coworker and said, “This isn’t Amazon.” When asked for the manager’s name, she gave me HER name instead, as I discovered on my receipt. I have contacted the ethics hotline and will be putting in a formal complaint. Please do better, UPS. Keeping employees who treat people with hostility and bias like this is not okay.

  I had a very unpleasant experience with the notary. While she knows the rules, her attitude is incredibly grudging and unprofessional. I was there with my toddler for a thumbprint notarization, and she made an already difficult task feel nearly impossible with her cold demeanor. I ended up paying twice for smudged prints just to get it over with and leave. If you need a notary who is helpful or patient, especially with a toddler, please do yourself a huge favor and please go elsewhere! I would go to any other ups location even if one just has to ship a package and not encounter that nasty person.

  UPStruck driver waited very patiently for my boxes. I asked the associate if she could tape one box out of the 6 that were already taped and prepped, as my boxes have been taped by employees at other UPS stores. She then told me I had to tape it myself with some borrowed tape. That part didn’t concern me as I can tape my own boxes. When I asked for the tape she said I could borrow she then changed what she said and said I had to buy the tape rather than borrow some. I already had the driver waiting so I did what I had to do but the experience and the flip floppy nature of the associate soured my experience
