An incredibly bad company! They don’t even care that the shipment is lost. I can’t reach anyone, and no one is actually looking into it. Using UPS is my biggest regret! A terrible company!

They’re supposed to open at 10am according to the sign on the door, the website, and Google Maps. There was a line of 8 folks just waiting. I had to leave eventually for another commitment, hoping this was an emergency situation and not common occurrence. Update: It’s 11:42 and still no one at the store, nor any signs to indicate that the hours changed or that it’s closed.
