  Deshan and Alexis were so helpful and kind, and helped me process a complicated package return that other stores weren't able to help me with. Some of the best customer service I've experienced recently, I cannot recommend this store enough!

  I usually never leave reviews - Especially positive ones, but I felt so inclined because I am so mega grateful for the superb customer service experienced at this location- Super glad I committed to this particular location in general. I had to carry a super heavy return back for Amazon and the super kind young man who worked there from the inside, saw me approaching from the outside and open the door for me and proceeded to inquire if I needed any help with my return- He processed my Amazon return for me. It was a very Stress-free experience and I’m most grateful thank you. Extremely happy to see customer service by people who are genuinely great employees. I had a long day, so it was just super nice to have that handled without me having to turn on my brain, and thank you for opening my door!! I was in and out in lik 2.5 seconds it felt like. 👍

  Came in for a passport picture So I am rating based on waiting time and efficiency. I brought in my baby for the passport picture and they couldn’t because baby can’t keep her head up due to her age. They told us to take the picture ourselves with a white background and they would gladly print the picture for us. In no time we took the pictures with our phone and emailed it to the UPS store. We stood there while they tried to print the picture. There was a point where it got real busy and employees were always kind and helpful to everyone. Including the lady that came in 3 times and asked for her big packages back, Mike got a Dolly and got them for her. The Young men also helped a woman that did not speak English and guided her kindly. Finally, after witnessing all the customer care we got our picture printed. It turned out good we took about 20mins or so because we had to adjust it many times with our phone until the picture looked centered. Im very glad they didn’t give up on us and managed to print our pictures for our next trip. Thank you Mike and Donna?..
