  If your name is Tanya and you’re Norlin’s boss (or maybe Noreen), she deserves a raise. She was extremely patient with helping me ship my package despite the center being very busy at the time and with her help I was able to save $40 on the shipping costs

  This office (Fedex overall) is full of incompetent staff. They don’t follow their own process and not accountable for their mistakes. They have rude customer service

  My baby missed out on his birthday gift from his dad was supposed to be here Friday I paid for next day shipping and not it says it won’t be here until Tuesday I will never use this service again .

  Really disappointed by the dilevery guy its the same guy everytime I order stuff through fedex he came to deliver package no call no text , dont even enter the building to leave at apartment door left the receipt outside the door on Friday again came back on monday did the same thing this useless guy know already that call box doesnt work still he comes the receipt that there was no one to pickup the package, Hey who is going to wait at door for 5 hours to wait for him to showup thats digusting , should atleast call when at the door . His Name is donald . It happens multiple time this guy never informed that he is at door .. And they told to puckup by myself … 👎👎👎👎👎
