  I think Fedex-Kinkos was made notoriously famous by Dave Chapelle's skit about "Pop Copy"; a sarcastic parody of the level of service and quality found these locations. However, this particular location hosts the most helpful and polite people I have ever encountered at a place of business! I absolutely had to write about it and thank them and Fedex for their outstanding help. Unfortunately, I don't know the names of the two associates that helped me. The first was a middle-aged gent with longish short curly black, grey and white hair and the second was a younger Asian lass of about 30. Both helped with different aspects of my project, got me set up and importantly, solved an immediate problem I had. I was there on Feb 23rd 2026 around 5pm picking up a poster and working on other things. Seriously great job and whenever I'm in Seattle, that will be my printing location.

  Avoid this store for printing services. Their print service offers an online preview that shows how the final output should look, but the actual prints did not match the preview at all. I had them try printing my documents three separate times, and every attempt failed. Most of the staff were polite and genuinely tried to help figure out how to make it work. However, one staff member was extremely rude. She insisted that the reason the document could not be copied in black and white was because I had set it up incorrectly. Even after I proved that it was not my mistake, she remained unconvinced and dismissive, saying that since it printed in color, it was “good enough.”

  This entire team is genuinely so amazing. I work at a theater around the corner, and we regularly need high quality work to be turned around quickly during our short show runs. In a two day span, we take photos of performances and create posters for artists to sign so we can include them in our archive that spans over 45 years. No big deal. No pressure! Everyone on the team has been helpful and knowledgeable across a variety of projects without fail, and Anthony in particular goes the extra five miles for us when tricky projects come up. When the pressure is on, it is such a relief to have the attention to detail, good humor, and high level of communication this team brings to their work. My life would definitely be more stressful and literally less beautiful without them. It is always such a pleasure to work with this talented team, I really can't be grateful enough.

  I ship through fedex all the time at a different location. A package that normally costs $40 at the other location and arrives within 2 days was $98 here and wouldnt arrive for 5 days. I highly recommend avoiding this location, there is somehow a huge price disparity Update: when my mom received her package she told me it was half filled with just paper, and fedex also charged me $15 for the packing material. So basically this location is charging for dead space and wasted material. My package just contained puzzles, completely unnecessary DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION
