A few reviews mentions Cole’s customer service. Well today we had the absolutely worst customer service we’ve EVER experienced - from Cole. I’d like to emphasize first that we are extremely customer service oriented and believe that customer’s word should be honored. Today, Cole proved that he doesn’t believe that.
One week ago, we came into the exact same store and made a similar/identical order for printing. At that time, a different service employee mentioned to us that they no longer prefer to use the ‘print & go’ machines, but rather to have them do the full-service printing, which is what occurred. We left happy and satisfied and understood that was our cadence moving forward.
A week later we went in with the same assumption & expectation that we were to utilize full service printing since that’s what we were told. After printing, the cost was about double what we paid last week ($131) The employee who helped last week was not there today. Cole was there and when we saw our bill, we were shocked. It was double what we paid last week. We calmly explained to him what occurred last week, and he proceeded to pull up our last order to confirm. After confirming, he held our printing at his chest and said “well I’m sorry that’s the price today”. After some discussion and a frustration, he then offered a 15% off discount. Let’s back up a minute.
We are the customer. We explained exactly what occurred last week and that we were not charged at full service rate, and we actually specifically told to go straight to the counter. (Otherwise we would not have as we were used to using print & go) He wasn’t respecting what we were saying and the conversation then got heated. He then told us we were trespassing on the property and asked us to leave. Trespassing?! We ARE the customer! We initially told you what occurred and we wanted fair pricing. YOU ARE supposed to honor what we’re saying way before anything should ever escalate.YOU are supposed to believe us. YOU are supposed to deliver for your brand & your employer. We can easily go to a different print shop. This is the FedEx brand you are protecting. Today, your FAILED Cole. And everyone should know. Unforgettable experience and no longer will be FedEx customers.

After having a frustrating experience at another shipping location, I came into FedEx and was helped by Cole. Even though I didn’t express my frustration to him, he showed genuine compassion and professionalism from the start.
He took the time to clearly explain my shipping options, helped me choose the best and safest option, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His communication was clear, patient, and respectful. The conversation felt welcoming, not rushed.
This is exactly what customer service should be. Cole is easily one of the best employees I’ve encountered. Thank you for turning my day around and making the experience a positive one.

Very unprofessional and disappointing experience at the FedEx Office Northgate location.
I came in needing a simple 18x24 quick print that would have taken only a couple of minutes. Instead of being helped, I was told I would have to wait until tomorrow. What made this worse was that there were three employees sitting at their desks doing absolutely nothing while customers needed assistance.
The staff was unhelpful, disorganized, and came across as disrespectful. There was no sense of urgency or willingness to help, even for a straightforward request. For a location that serves such a busy and convenient area like Northgate, this level of service is unacceptable.
This store clearly needs better management and accountability. Customers should not be turned away for simple jobs while employees are idle.
