We had a last minute specialized printing need at 7pm on a Friday and the staff helped us get it done. Tyler in particular did an incredible job of multi tasking and making sure all customers got what they needed before the store closed and went above and beyond to get our printing job done. Thank you so much!

This place is awful everytime I go. They’re combative and incredibly unhelpful. They’re rude. They are the print experts but can NEVER get it right and then expect you to know what you’re doing. I have come here because I need help with prints and I leave pissed off every single time. If I had a dollar for everytime I walked out of there a dry I’d be rich. Pick another place.

Fourth package now that was ‘attempted delivery’ now without ever attempting to deliver. No call box attempt, no stopping, no slip, just rerouting. George is the driver and clearly ignoring our stop. Lazy? This needs to be fixed!

I had a frustrating experience at this FedEx location. I was asked to send my document via email for printing, and after confirming it was sent, I waited about 10 minutes as instructed. During that time, I browsed the store and then returned to check on the status.
When I followed up, the staff member assisting me was dismissive and came across as rude in their response, without really addressing whether the email had been received or what the delay was. The communication felt abrupt and unhelpful, especially since I had already waited patiently.
I understand delays can happen, but a clearer explanation and a more courteous approach would have made a big difference. Overall, the experience felt unnecessarily frustrating for what should have been a simple task.

The hours that they are open on the weekend are less than ideal. I would much prefer to have FedEx deliver to my home address. Unfortunately they only like to leave packages in the building lobby where they can be easily stolen. They won't deliver to my apartment door or even use the building intercom to let me come down to get a package. Their app is unreliable and I get false notices that they tried to deliver but were unable to get in the building. Even though I was home, nobody used the intercom or called my phone to try to gain access. This leaves the only option left of picking up at a FedEx location. In my opinion, closing at 6pm is not really appropriate when you consider the difficulties there seem to be with delivering to my address, FedEx could at least stay open a little bit later since I essentially have to finish the job they were paid to do but choose not to. I have tried going online and tried calling, but nobody is able to figure out where the disconnect seems to be to help and try and figure out a solution to these issues. It is frustrating because I can't choose to use a different delivery company or even use the USPS because most of my deliveries come from a place that benefits from using an online shipping fee estimator that uses a FedEx formula to calculate a "demential weight" of each item and is always incorrect and always in their favor. Thus leaving the difference of the estimated shipping fee and the actual shipping cost in the senders pocket. The sender claims they always refund any difference but offers no way to check. They only use FedEx so they both benefit. This leaves me very frustrated that i only have until 6pm to finish their job of putting the item i paid for into my hands all because I have to come to their location even though they have been paid to deliver it to my address. I am sure i am not the only person to have these frustrations. Due to the way it is set up, my frustrations are not really of any concern to FedEx as I am not really their customer. I am just the one who pays.
