- NSNate shookFeb 18, 20251.0Went here twice to mail the same package. First time the machine broke and worker caught an attitude, because she broke the machine. Second time i went i waited in line to mail a flat rate package. Got to the front and the same staff member told me to fill out the to and from part then come back up (like wait in line again) instead of just printing my label. I walked out with my package.
- RRRenee RadwanFeb 6, 20255.0The branch CAN get busy around lunch time, and even busier around closing ~ I recommend patience and planning :) That said, the two associates are Extremely Efficient at getting through lines, and transparent when it comes to costs/delivery schedules (providing tips when asked)! I've been a regular customer of this location for 3yrs, and they are practically miracle workers given the volume of business around the holidays.
