I went to the post office to check if it's there, and they could not locate it. The employee at the front desk was rude and made a "smart" remark after I said my package was missing. I asked for a refund for my item, but they said i had to message the person I bought it from and have them file an insurance claim. That just doesn't make any sense to me since usps is the one who lost the package in delivery not the seller. Will not be ordering anything thru usps in the future as I am scared more packages will disappear.

I tried calling them four times at the phone number they gave me - no one answered. This place is the worst.
