I know it’s a very crazy time right now as there are limited USPS offering this service (Terminal, Redmond, Issaquah closed). I appreciate the time he took to get them right and his kindness. - CNChloe NguyenOct 17, 20251.0Bad service ever. I reported a lost package in July as there was no one showing up on my front-door camera at the time they submitted "delivered" status. After reporting, they called and told me that the delivery guys put the package in the mailbox and locked it. Surprisingly, my mailbox does not even have lock or pin number, it's just an old mailbox. That means they did something wrong, maybe delivered to the wrong address. From that on, they have never delivered anything to me (even a really small and foldable package). All I got is an orange slip and ask me to come pick up. It's so inconvenient for me as I work 9-5 schedule, and I paid a lot for free ship but now I have to go there on my day off for not my fault reason :)
